Others suggest using garlic by mixing it in our pets food or even as a supplement because fleas simply hate it. However, before using this method, pet owners should first ask their veterinarians about it.
Other people resort to the use of salt because fleas cannot stand it. Users propose to sprinkle the salt all over the house where our pets will eventually catch it in their fur since they normally lie around the house. People who have adapted this method swear that shortly thereafter, the fleas are nowhere to be found.
The widest and most-known natural remedy is the use of talcum powder, while some pet owners apply baby powder or even baking soda. Nevertheless, this treatment is best suited for our baby pets, such as puppies and kittens, as their skin is still sensitive to be exposed to certain chemicals or elements.
